Indulge in a sumptuous group stay at this exquisite, historic retreat in vibrant Padstow. Sleeping 10 guests, the Grade II-listed, five-bedroom abode has an enticing, boutique-style interior and sun-soaked garden that is a veritable paradise. Set at the heart of the celebrated port, which is known for its exceptional eateries, colourful harbour and proximity to beautiful beaches, the luxurious house, which offers dog-friendly accommodation, presents a unique blend of period features, superior comfort and glorious opulence. Treat yourselves to an extended family break or celebratory stay in Cornwall with friends and make memories that will stay with you for a lifetime.

Enter the magnificent, stone haven and spread out to enjoy its unique character and elegant accommodation. Unwind in the lounge/diner or the main lounge and admire the gorgeous panelling or original stonework as you bask beside the wood burner or watch the Smart TV. The beautiful kitchen, with its central island and breakfast bar, has everything you need to help you cater for your group, and there is also a utility room, family shower room and separate WC downstairs. Venture up to the first floor to a luxurious super-king-size bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom behind a curtain. A second super-king-size room, with beds that can be arranged as twins by prior arrangement, is also at this level, together with two king-sizes. One of these is accessed either externally or internally via steep steps and can also be set up as a twin if discussed at booking. A family bathroom is also on the first floor while a children’s room, with two cabin beds, is on the floor above. Spill out into the garden on sunny days to share a BBQ with your family and friends or to open a bottle of fizz and gaze out over the estuary which is accessed via slate steps to rear of property.

Stroll less than 30 metres to take a wildlife-watching boat safari from Padstow Harbour. See if you can spot dolphins, seals and puffins on your trip. Head out on foot to explore the spectacular landscape of this corner of Cornwall. Hire bicycles in town and follow the picturesque Camel Trail alongside the river for a spell. Plan group excursions to one of the many beautiful beaches in your surroundings. Try the wide golden sands of Harlyn Bay, 4 miles away, for example, or the dune-backed cove of Treyarnon Bay, 5 miles away. Take a pedestrian ferry across the river from Padstow to while away an afternoon on the picturesque beach at Rock.
