Newly refurbished to a beautifully high standard, Clome cottage is tucked away in a tiny alley barely a minute's walk from the bustling heart of old town Padstow. This middle terrace cottage was formed when the old bakery was converted and from this little haven you can explore the historic working harbour and take advantage of the many and varied eateries, pubs and shops. The Camel Estuary's glorious sandy beaches are just a short walk from the town or a few minutes on the ferry takes you to Rock on the opposite shore. Daymer Bay is a 20 minute walk from the ferry. Several more beaches, ideal for surfing, rock pooling or just lazing on the sand are within three or four miles. For the energetic, the Camel Trail, 18 miles of mostly off road trail running alongside the estuary to Wadebridge and beyond or the spectacular South West Coast Path are right on the doorstep. A little further afield, the Eden Project is about a 40 minute drive and there are several historic houses nearby including the Elizabethan Manor, Prideaux Place, overlooking the town.

Very convenient position, warm and cosy ,everything seemed new. We would have no qualms about booking this property again.
Lovely accommodation in ideal location especially at this time of year. Hope to have return visit next year.
We were very pleased with Clome cottage as it was very cosy and had everything there that you need. We loved it so much that we have booked for next year also it is so close to the shops which are different to our normal big shops which is really nice, pubs and very nice restaurants to eat in. The area is great as you have the harbour and you go for lovely walks on the beaches also the countryside and can get a ferry to Rock. Cornish Horizons are so helpful when you call them for advice and also when you have to go into the office with any problems. It is very easy to book any holiday on line and you get all details about the holiday place you need to know.
Fantastic cottage. Super value for money. Clean and comfortable. Have recommended to family as cheaper than other competitors. Used 4 times previously and have booked another property for next year. Brilliant!
A lovely holiday cottage close to all amenities and the local area is wonderful.
The cottage was lovely, very clean and comfortable. Short walk to harbour and shops. Would recommend Cornish Horizons.
We had a fabulous holiday. We could not fault its location or the cottage itself. It was super. The website was easy to use and booking was simple.
Would love to stay here again
Clome Cottage has everything one would want for a short stay in Padstow. Everything worked and it was clean and warm on arrival. Certainly recommend to others, and return myself when next down with my Cornwall Family.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wanted to re book for the Xmas Festival next year - unfortunately it had been booked. Enjoyed our stay in a lovely cosy cottage. Already booked elsewhere through your company for next year.
Lovely quaint cottage really enjoyed stopping in the centre of Padstow, 1 minute walk to all amenities, would recommend, value for money.
Padstow is arguably now one of the best-known of Cornwall's holiday destinations- a working harbour still retaining the character of the fishing industry while also managing to reinvent itself as a modern holiday destination. Padstow has so much to offer the discerning holiday maker, with several beaches along the Camel Estuary, where you can also have a go at a range of water sports such as sailing and windsurfing, as well as a variety of boat trips such as fishing excursions, speedboat rides, sea-life safaris and the ever popular Jubilee Queen. You can indulge your passion for food at an excellent selection of restaurants in the town, which is now the base for a number of celebrity chefs including Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth. If you're looking for more active pursuits, you can cycle the Camel Trail, the route of the old railway line running between Padstow and Bodmin. If walking is more your thing, there are many walking trails and routes waiting to be discovered, and if you're bringing a dog, there are plenty of dog-friendly places to explore. Gaining popularity in recent years is the Padstow Christmas Festival, now spread over four days, with cookery demonstrations, food and craft market, and entertainment.
