Sunshine Cottage - what a fantastic name for a holiday cottage, it conjures up an image of relaxation, days spent on sandy beaches, exploring magnificent coastline, alfresco living and happy times with family and friends - all of which is easily achievable from this lovely holiday home located about 10 minutes' walk from the heart of Padstow and 10 minutes by car to a choice of beaches. Padstow is well known for its range of eateries but if you're opting to eat in, perhaps having visited one of the local farm shops or Rick Steins Fisheries and Seafood Bar for ingredients, you'll love the 3/4 size range cooker. Sunshine Cottage has front and rear gardens with seating in both, so there is always somewhere pleasant to sit at any time of day whilst the Smart TV, Sky and WiFi ensure that your entertainment is catered for.
Lounge: Smart TV with Sky, side tables, electric reclining sofas.
Kitchen/Diner: Leisure Cookmaster dual range electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, slimline dishwasher, washing machine, table with four chairs, door to front garden.
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe, hairdryer.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (2'6" - more suitable for children), bedside table, wardrobe.
Bathroom: Shower, basin, w.c, heated towel rail.
PARKING & GARDEN: Allocated parking for 2 cars, one in front of the middle door of the first row of garages having turned off the main estate road and one at rear of the parking area. Rear garden with outside furniture NB There is an unfenced drop down to the neighbouring garden. Front garden with raised decked area, outside furniture and summerhouse.
Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity and gas included in rent; gas-fired CH, heated towel rail in bathroom.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Not provided but may be hired - see hire page.

Padstow is arguably now one of the best-known of Cornwall's holiday destinations - a working harbour still retaining the character of the fishing industry while also managing to reinvent itself as a modern holiday destination. Padstow has so much to offer the discerning holiday maker, with several beaches along the Camel Estuary, where you can also have a go at a range of water sports such as sailing and windsurfing, as well as a variety of boat trips such as fishing excursions, speedboat rides, sea-life safaris and the ever popular Jubilee Queen. You can indulge your passion for food at an excellent selection of restaurants in the town, which is now the base for a number of celebrity chefs including Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth. If you're looking for more active pursuits, you can cycle the Camel Trail, the route of the old railway line running between Padstow and Bodmin. If walking is more your thing, there are many walking trails and routes waiting to be discovered, and if you're bringing a dog, there are plenty of dog-friendly places to explore. Gaining popularity in recent years is the Padstow Christmas Festival, now spread over four days, with cookery demonstrations, food and craft market, and entertainment.
