If a luxurious couples' retreat in Padstow is what you are looking for The Padstow Cottage is one of the best you will find. Exquisite furnishings, bespoke fittings including hand-made kitchen with granite worktop, a stunning bathroom offering a "his and hers" walk in shower or spoil yourself with a relaxing soak in the free-standing roll top bath. Upstairs you will find a romantic French style four poster bed with a view of the estuary to enjoy with your morning coffee in bed. The Padstow Cottage offers completely open plan boutique accommodation for two but can offer flexible sleeping arrangements if needed by using the sofa bed for an additional charge to cover extra linen. The cottage is part of the Coswarth House B&B family so guests of the cottage are welcome to use the garden for additional outside seating on those sunny days.

Padstow is arguably now one of the best-known of Cornwall's holiday destinations- a working harbour still retaining the character of the fishing industry while also managing to reinvent itself as a modern holiday destination. Padstow has so much to offer the discerning holiday maker, with several beaches along the Camel Estuary, where you can also have a go at a range of water sports such as sailing and windsurfing, as well as a variety of boat trips such as fishing excursions, speedboat rides, sea-life safaris and the ever popular Jubilee Queen. You can indulge your passion for food at an excellent selection of restaurants in the town, which is now the base for a number of celebrity chefs including Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth. If you're looking for more active pursuits, you can cycle the Camel Trail, the route of the old railway line running between Padstow and Bodmin. If walking is more your thing, there are many walking trails and routes waiting to be discovered, and if you're bringing a dog, there are plenty of dog-friendly places to explore.
