Lowen Cottage is an excellent property on the outskirts of Padstow. The owner has thought of everything and is so friendly and accommodating. She loves dogs and makes them as welcome as their owners. This is our 4th time at the property and already booked to go back next year. A real gem.

Mr W,

We had a lovely and comfortable stay at Lowen Cottage, spotlessly clean. Close to shops, beaches and beautiful coves. Great for dogs and children.

Mrs B,

This is the second time we have been to Lowen Cottage and find it exceptionally clean with everything you want and need. Olga who meets you is such a lovely lady and is always on hand if you need her and she always leave you some goodies for both human and animal. Myself and husband will definitely be going back . It's a small walk away to padstow town

Mrs W,

Lowen Cottage is a short walk from Padstow harbour. The cottage itself is home from home and Helga is a wonderful host. We will definitely return.

Ms B,

Thanks for a wonderful cottage to stay in. Fantastic location and wonderfully presented cottage with everything you could ever need. Helga was an absolute pleasure and we can't thank her enough for her hospitality and for also providing us loads of great information about the area. We hope to stay again next year.

Previous Customer,

We have again had a wonderful weeks stay exploring the coast and relaxing at Lowen Cottage. H - you are so thoughtful thank you for everything.

E & J,

New Year in Padstow. Our first time and we had a lovely holiday. Helga has thought of everything to make the cottage very welcoming with home from home comforts. All the extras are very appreciated. A clean and super dog friendly accommodation. Thank you.

R Family,

Padstow is arguably now one of the best-known of Cornwall's holiday destinations- a working harbour still retaining the character of the fishing industry while also managing to reinvent itself as a modern holiday destination. Padstow has so much to offer the discerning holiday maker, with several beaches along the Camel Estuary, where you can also have a go at a range of water sports such as sailing and windsurfing, as well as a variety of boat trips such as fishing excursions, speedboat rides, sea-life safaris and the ever popular Jubilee Queen. You can indulge your passion for food at an excellent selection of restaurants in the town, which is now the base for a number of celebrity chefs including Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth.  If you're looking for more active pursuits, you can cycle the Camel Trail, the route of the old railway line running between Padstow and Bodmin.  If walking is more your thing, there are many walking trails and routes waiting to be discovered, and if you're bringing a dog, there are plenty of dog-friendly places to explore. Gaining popularity in recent years is the Padstow Christmas Festival, now spread over four days, with cookery demonstrations, food and craft market, and entertainment.
