A contemporarily-furnished three-storey property 0.5 miles from the centre of this iconic harbour town. Featuring an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, versatile bedrooms and an enviable location, this property is ideal for families or groups of friends keen to explore the jewels of the Camel Estuary and North Cornwall coast.

The Grade II listed property, a former sail loft, is deceptively large, with bright and airy rooms, each with its own character, spread across three floors. The ground floor features a shower room and a twin bedroom with plenty of storage space and access to the rear of the garage. Stairs in the ground floor hall lead up to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner on the first floor, a welcoming area containing plenty of modern tech and a bank of windows at one end letting in plenty of natural light. The second floor is home to an en-suite super-king-size bedroom, a spacious twin bedroom with a sofa, and a family bathroom. There is no outside space at the property, but its close proximity to the bustling harbour is a more than acceptable substitute.

Padstow (0.5 miles) has a delightful working harbour, with plenty of cafes and restaurants serving the day’s catch, along with winding streets home to independent shops and galleries. Several beaches are scattered across the Camel Estuary (1 mile) with some reachable on foot via the South West Coast Path. Cyclists can take the Camel Trail to Bodmin (13 miles) or for something different, the breathtaking Eden Project is 21 miles from the property.

For a holiday in Padstow this property was perfect. The house is just a stones throw from the harbour. The layout is great for a family holiday. Everyone has their own space and bathroom. The big bonus is that it comes with a spacious garage. Parking in Padstow is fun, so having the garage in the property is fantastic. Short family break in Padstow. Property is situated in the heart of the town and a very short walk to the harbour. Property was well appointed and clean and had everything you would need. Great to have private parking albeit very tight to get a large car into the garage.

Great property, everything you need within including a much valued garage for the car! Ideally situated for the harbour which is a 5 minute walk away - pubs, restaurants, bakeries and lovely shops also within a 5 minute walk.

Perfect for everything we needed. 2 mins walk to pubs and restaurants, 15-20 mins walk to the beach. Great open plan loving/kitchen space. Looked even bigger than the photos suggested!
