This beautiful property recently refurbished and finished to a high standard is ideally located, tucked away in a quiet corner of Padstow but only a short walk from the many shops, pubs and restaurants that this renowned fishing port has to offer. This spacious accommodation offers an enclosed patio area and garden with a view across the valley towards Prideaux Place, the well-known Tudor manor house and deer park. Fulmar is just a short drive from the stunning sandy beaches of the Seven Bays area and a twenty minute walk from the beaches along the Camel estuary. There are many walks nearby including the spectacular North Cornwall Coastal Path, the Camel Trail which follows the stunning river Camel and the Saints' Way which leads inland across the county to Fowey on the south coast. However you decide to fill your day it will be a pleasure returning to Fulmar to unwind for a couple of hours before setting off again for the evening or taking full advantage of the barbecue and patio for an alfresco experience. For foodies who enjoy cooking as well as eating, the kitchen at Fulmar is spacious and fully equipped making it ideal for experimenting with freshly caught fish and local produce.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 11:00am
Pets Welcome: Maximum 2 small/medium or 1 large. An additional £50 security deposit is payable when bringing pets.
Power and Heat: Gas and electricity included in rent; gas c.h./hot water, coal effect gas fire sitting room, 2 heated towels rails in bathroom.
Bedding and Linen: Pillows & duvets included; bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
