Tucked away in a quiet, tranquil location but close to the centre of Padstow and complete with parking, this fantastic cottage style property dwells in the grounds of the old school house and fronts onto the well maintained landscaped grounds. The Owners have worked to a high specification to provide beautifully styled decor and accompanying fittings which includes original artwork, enhanced by wood and carpet flooring in the living areas and bedrooms. Both cloakroom and bathroom have benefited from the installation of quality contemporary sanitary ware, not forgetting the upgrade of the kitchen where luxury items have been provided for those who like to cook locally caught fish and home grown produce from the nearby farm shop. You will find the attention to detail speaks for itself as every need is catered for. All this on tap before you venture down to the harbour or begin to explore the surrounding areas!

Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), built in wardrobe, TV/DVD player combi, hair dryer, radio, french doors with Juliet balcony, estuary views.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV/DVD player combi, hair dryer views over central communal garden and front patio.
Bathroom: Bath (thermostatic shower over), hand held shower off mixer taps, basin, w.c.

GARDEN & PARKING: Rear patio garden with south east aspect with glimpses of the estuary, garden furniture, beach hut for storing surfboards etc, paved front garden, additional garden furniture, bicycle rack (please bring your own bicycle locks). Designated parking for one car; additional space available.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Gas and electricity included in rent; gas c.h./hot water (pressurised), heated towel rail in bathroom; gas fire lounge, underfloor heating in conservatory.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Baby Equipment: Not provided but can be hired  - see hire page.

Padstow is arguably now one of the best-known of Cornwall's holiday destinations - a working harbour still retaining the character of the fishing industry while also managing to reinvent itself as a modern holiday destination. Padstow has so much to offer the discerning holiday maker, with several beaches along the Camel Estuary, where you can also have a go at a range of water sports such as sailing and windsurfing, as well as a variety of boat trips such as fishing excursions, speedboat rides, sea-life safaris and the ever popular Jubilee Queen. You can indulge your passion for food at an excellent selection of restaurants in the town, which is now the base for a number of celebrity chefs including Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth.  If you're looking for more active pursuits, you can cycle the Camel Trail, the route of the old railway line running between Padstow and Bodmin.  If walking is more your thing, there are many walking trails and routes waiting to be discovered, and if you're bringing a dog, there are plenty of dog-friendly places to explore.
