Tucked away in a quiet, tranquil location but close to the centre of Padstow and complete with parking, this fantastic cottage style property dwells in the grounds of the old school house and fronts onto the well maintained landscaped grounds. The Owners have worked to a high specification to provide beautifully styled decor and accompanying fittings which includes original artwork, enhanced by wood and carpet flooring in the living areas and bedrooms. Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV/DVD player combi, hair dryer views over central communal garden and front patio.
Bathroom: Bath (thermostatic shower over), hand held shower off mixer taps, basin, w.c.
GARDEN & PARKING: Rear patio garden with south east aspect with glimpses of the estuary, garden furniture, beach hut for storing surfboards etc, paved front garden, additional garden furniture, bicycle rack (please bring your own bicycle locks). Designated parking for one car; additional space available.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Gas and electricity included in rent; gas c.h./hot water (pressurised), heated towel rail in bathroom; gas fire lounge, underfloor heating in conservatory.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
