Situated down a quiet lane on the fringe of Padstow and having views of the estuary from the upstairs windows this three storey town house style property, in the middle of a terrace of four similar, is just 10 minute's walk from Padstow along the nearby Camel Trail. The quiet location is ideal as a haven from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and the property is well equipped to ensure a stress-free stay. The small back garden is a sun trap and just to the rear of the property is a footpath up to Dennis Hill where stands an obelisk built in 1887 to celebrate Queen Victoria's Golden Jubilee and which affords some stunning views of the Camel estuary. The Camel Trail follows the contours of the estuary and leads to the market town of Wadebridge - about 5 miles - and thereafter to Bodmin. It is ideal if you want to bring your bikes but, if not, bike hire is available close by. Just down the coast are several superb sandy beaches and the beautiful coastal path with its spectacular rugged coastline can be reached by walking through the town.
