Our self catering holiday home is a modern two bedroomed terraced house situated in a small quiet residential estate on the outskirts of Padstow.

Pre arrival 
- We are part of an agency and bookings / enquiries can be made via email, fax or phone.

Arrival and Car parking facilities
- There is a car park in front of the house with an allocated space for house. (No. 68)
- The car park is very gently sloping, flat and even and is 20 metres from the entrance.

- The entrance has a small doorstep. The door is hinged on the right.
- The door is 78 cm wide.

Public areas
Décor is contrasting (dark skirting and doors and light walls).
- The house is carpeted with beige short pile carpet.
- Smoke alarms are fitted at the top and bottom of the stairs.

Dining room / lounge
The dining room / lounge is open plan.
- The dining table is round with a central leg. 71 cm underspace.
- 4 dining chairs with padded seats and no arms.
- Dining chairs and table are movable.
- Two 2-seater sofas with non-feather filling.
- TV, video and DVD players provided with remotes control.
- Uncarpeted wood-stained stairs with hand rails on both sides lead up to the bedrooms.

Tucked away in a quiet cul de sac, House Martins is a centre terraced cottage just a short walk from the town and Tescos.  Comfortable and cosy, it has a parking space in front of the cottage and a small enclosed garden to rear. Ideal for a small family, or couples who want a cottage close to the sea but like to walk into Padstow in the evening to sample the fare being offered by the many pubs and wide range of restaurants in the town.  Padstow also has a beautiful unspoilt harbour and a maze of picturesque narrow streets leading down to the port.  House Martins is named after the family of house martins which regularly nest in the eaves of the property.

Lounge/Diner: TV, DVD player.
Kitchen: Built in electric hob and oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, tumble dryer, radio.

Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), wardrobe, chest of drawers, hair dryer.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), bedside units with drawers.
Bathroom: Bath (thermostatic shower over off mixer taps), basin, w.c.

GARDEN & PARKING: Small shrub bed to front. Parking for one car. To the rear is a small enclosed garden with patio, patio table and 4 chairs, gate to back path.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.

Padstow is arguably now one of the best-known of Cornwall's holiday destinations - a working harbour still retaining the character of the fishing industry while also managing to reinvent itself as a modern holiday destination. Padstow has so much to offer the discerning holiday maker, with several beaches along the Camel Estuary, where you can also have a go at a range of water sports such as sailing and windsurfing, as well as a variety of boat trips such as fishing excursions, speedboat rides, sea-life safaris and the ever popular Jubilee Queen. You can indulge your passion for food at an excellent selection of restaurants in the town, which is now the base for a number of celebrity chefs including Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth.  If you're looking for more active pursuits, you can cycle the Camel Trail, the route of the old railway line running between Padstow and Bodmin.  If walking is more your thing, there are many walking trails and routes waiting to be discovered, and if you're bringing a dog, there are plenty of dog-friendly places to explore. Gaining popularity in recent years is the Padstow Christmas Festival, now spread over four days, with cookery demonstrations, food and craft market, and entertainment.
