All you will want to do in this lovely apartment is look out of the window all day at the fantastic view of the estuary! So you may not even notice that the apartment itself is beautifully presented and very attractive in its own right. Located on the first floor of this imposing Victorian house the apartment is extremely spacious for two people and benefits from huge windows in the bedroom and reception room. It is only a short step via a gate from the communal front garden to the harbour and the many delightful pubs and restaurants Padstow has to offer, but is also well equipped for dining at home and even entertaining. Padstow has a beautiful unspoilt harbour and a maze of picturesque narrow streets wherein will be found many interesting shops and galleries as well as tea shops, patisserie, delicatessen - not forgetting pasty shops of which there are several. All in all, a special place to stay.
Kitchen: Gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, slimline dishwasher, washer/dryer.
Lounge/Diner: Smart TV, DVD player, radio/CD player, lovely estuary views.
Bedroom: Double bed (4'6"), walk in wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV, hair dryer, wonderful estuary views. En Suite Shower Room: Thermostatic shower, basin, w.c.
GARDEN & PARKING: Communal to all apartments with patio areas front and rear, washing line and barbecue. There are also decked areas benefiting from views of the estuary with outdoor seating for all apartments plus 1 sun lounger each. Parking for 1 car in garage (NB. Height clearance 1.75m be careful of your aerial). Bikes can be secured to rings on the wall to the rear of the garage (used at owners own risk).
Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Gas and electricity included in rent; gas fired c.h./hot water.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels)

Pentyre Apartments are in an excellent position in Padstow and are well equipped with stunning views from three of them!
Had nice reception at office to pick up keys and great time on our holiday and great place to stay.
We loved the apartment, the view was a delight every day. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. We had a great time, it was hard to leave and I would love to come back.
No 2 Pentyre, Padstow - Lovely place and so well-equipped. Great that the essentials like washing up liquid and a starter pack of milk, tea, coffee etc were provided. Flat was lovely and clean gardens beautifully maintained. However, the best bit was the stunning views of Padstow from the apartment. We will definitely stay again!
Great position and lovely views!
Padstow is a lovely place to visit, it is so un-spoilt. Pentyre House is in a great location, just minutes walk to the harbor or the Camel Trail. The apartment is stunning with superb views and so well equipped. The parking is a major plus. The lady in the office at Cornish Horizons was very helpful when we arrived.
Extremely well equipped apartment - even paper tissues provided. The view is to die for.
The bed was comfortable and the shower room was fantastic!
From the friendly and helpful staff in the office, to the fantastic apartment, everything was perfect.
The views and location make this the best place that we have stayed in Padstow with the added bonus of parking on site.
