Located in the heart of the old town this delightful cottage is full of character and charm. Church Lane is a quiet spot but only a minute's walk from the harbour and restaurants which makes this cottage an ideal retreat at any time of the year. The cottage has been recently refurbished ensuring smart modern facilities with a fully equipped kitchen and modern spacious luxury bathroom while retaining the beams, slate floor, nooks and crannies that contribute to its appeal. Padstow is similarly full of quirky character with beautiful unspoilt harbour and a maze of picturesque narrow streets. Within easy striking distance are a number of gorgeous sandy beaches great for families or surfing and coastal footpaths with outstanding views. The Eden Project is within a half hour drive and Tate St Ives is 1 hour away.

GARDEN & PARKING: The garden is on three levels; a small patio just outside the back door with steps up though a flower garden to a secluded pretty terrace with bistro table and 4 chairs, BBQ and garden shed. Notes: No smoking, No pets. Please note that there is a spiral staircase leading to the bathroom. The set of stairs to bedroom 1 are very steep and to descend these stairs some people may find it easier to go backwards. The other stairs are pretty steep and Bedroom 2 may not be suitable for young children due to this. The property may not be suitable for certain parties.
