With four bedrooms and many wonderfully unique original features, this stone-built former schoolhouse is the perfect base for a gathering of friends or family in the heart of ever-popular Padstow.

Welcome to this beautiful property where comfort meets style. As you step inside, a spacious L-shaped lounge/diner awaits. The ambience is inviting, with a stone fireplace featuring a living flame gas fire, perfect for cosy nights in. You will also find an eight-seater farmhouse-style dining table to cater for group feasts. A sleek white kitchen with wooden beams and a centre island, a shower room, and a king-sized bedroom with a comfortable armchair are conveniently located on the same level. Upstairs, the quirky bedrooms are built into the spacious eaves, creating a charming feel to the entire space. The master bedroom is a standout with its three arched Gothic windows, seating area, and en-suite shower room. You will also find a bedroom with bunk beds, a twin room with beamed celing, and a sophisticated bathroom. A newly laid patio in front of the property provides a perfect setting for alfresco meals, complete with a picnic table and bench accompanied by stunning views of the sparkling estuary.

Padstow is the perfect destination for a fun-filled holiday. With its stunning beaches, charming harbour, and picturesque countryside, there’s no shortage of activities to enjoy. Take a stroll along the Camel Trail or explore the quaint streets of Padstow town. A fantastic place to stay, plenty of living space for 5 adults. The location is superb, close to the harbour with many nice pubs and restaurants, beautiful walks around the headland and along the Camel Trail. Short hop away from Rock via the ferry. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had an incredible week at Primrose House, the location is perfect and the house itself is beautiful. I almost dont want to recommend it through fear well never be able to book again!

We have come to Primrose House several times. It suits our family perfectly with different generations having sufficient space and amenities. Parking is a huge bonus too.

Primrose House is in a fantastic location- a 5 minute walk into town and the harbour, perfect as a base to explore Padstow and the North Coast. It's a spacious property in lovely surroundings with everything you would need over a week stay.
