Second floor bedroom has ensuite on same level, other is a TV room with toilet and sink.

Brightside is a modern four bedroom holiday home located in Padstow, This stunning property is ideally situated just a few minutes walk from the harbour and is the perfect base to enjoy all of the activities the area has to offer from shops and restaurants to the estuary and the beautiful rugged coastline, with its many superb sandy beaches only a mile or two down the road.

GROUND FLOOR

Bedroom 1: Fitted double wardrobe with Super King Zip/Link bed (made as singles on request)

FIRST FLOOR

Kitchen: Dining table which can seat up to 10 people. Rangemaster double oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, wine cooler.  Double doors and stable door through to -
Conservatory: Large area with three three-seater sofas.
Lounge: Panoramic views over countryside, gas fire, three four-seater sofas, 58" TV.
Bedroom 2: King Size Zip/Link bed (made as singles on request), fitted wardrobe and en suite shower. Views of estuary and countryside.
Bedroom 3: Fitted double wardrobe, dressing table and cabinets. King size bed, looking out onto rear garden. En suite with bath and shower.
