This spacious and beautiful stone barn conversion is situated in a quiet rural spot just a short drive from Padstow and several fabulous beaches. The Manor and its neighbour The Mill have been lovingly restored to provide luxury, contemporary and spacious accommodation, full of character and charm. This tranquil location is found on a working farm and has panoramic countryside views. The barn has an open plan interior with exposed beams and contemporary decor plus quality furniture, en suite bath or shower room to each bedroom plus a useful wet room. Solid walls, double glazed windows and underfloor heating throughout make sure that your stay will be warm and cosy for those winter getaways. The farm nestles in countryside a short distance from Padstow with its harbour and host of galleries, shops, pubs and restaurants just over 3 miles away. This gorgeous barn is ideally located for exploring the whole of Cornwall being only 10-15 minutes' drive from the A30 so a trip to Tate St Ives is only an hour away and the Eden Project about 25 minutes. Also in the same location as The Manor and The Mill is The Nooke.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 11:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent (from onsite wind turbine); Biomass boiler (topped up by solar panels) providing hot water and underfloor c.h. on the ground floor and the first floor bathrooms, PV solar panels.
Water Supply: Private supply from spring, filtered and tested regularly.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels). Please order linked beds in Bed.2 and unlinked in Bed.3 in advance.
Baby Equipment: None but may be hired - see hire page.

We absolutely loved staying at The Manor. Accommodation was so spacious & met with all our needs & the modern furnishings were excellent. Great staying by The Farm & outside grassed space was very large & very peaceful. Owners were very lovely friendly helpful people. Would definitely recommend this holiday cottage.
