This North Cornwall retreat overlooks the magnificent golf course at Merlin Golf and Country Club. The property sleeps four guests and is perfect for friends and families seeking an active holiday in breathtaking surroundings. Out of season, guests are welcome to play golf for free, or during the summer the games are half price. Your nearest village is the picturesque St Mawgan (3 miles), and the sandy beach at Mawgan Porth is just 1 mile away.

Enter the apartment via an entrance hall, where you’ll find shared laundry facilities. The light and bright, first-floor apartment is decorated in calm, neutral tones and has an open-plan layout. The lounge/kitchen/diner is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day, rustling up tasty meals in the kitchen area, dining together around the wooden table, or relaxing on the comfortable sofas. There are two inviting twin bedrooms to choose from, one of which has an en-suite shower room. The other bedroom has use of a family bathroom. Outside, a spectacular balcony awaits, boasting far-reaching countryside views and furniture for outdoor dining.

As well as the stunning golf course on your doorstep, you’ll also find plenty of other activities nearby. Head to the coast for exhilarating clifftop hikes along the Trevose Head Heritage Coast, or hire a bike in nearby Padstow (9 miles) to go exploring on the Camel Trail. The vibrant seaside resort of Newquay (6 miles) is a must during your stay, with its exceptional collection of bars and restaurants, as well as some of Cornwall’s most iconic beaches. Nearby family attractions include the Lappa Valley Steam Railway (9 miles) and the Blue Reef Aquarium (6 miles).
