Have a truly special stay at this modern group retreat at Constantine Bay. Sleeping 12 people and welcoming pets, the six-bedroom property is just 4 miles from Padstow and less then 1 mile to the beach. Ideal for an extended family getaway or a special celebration with friends, it is well located for exploring this picturesque corner of Cornwall. With an immaculate garden, where you can bask in the sunshine, and a wood burner stove for cosy nights in, it is a holiday home for all seasons.

Enter this beautiful house to discover airy accommodation with ample space for everyone to spread out and relax. The lounge, with its wood burner, is the perfect place to gather in the evenings to play games or to find a family film on the Smart TV. Alternatively, head through to the second lounge, where there is another Smart TV and DVD player which also feature a football table. The contemporary kitchen/diner, where there is a breakfast bar and a large table, has everything you need to help you whip up hearty feasts and celebratory meals for your group. Also downstairs are a family shower room and a utility room, there is also a king-size bedroom on this level. A super-king-size bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, a bunk bedroom and a twin room, which have beautiful countryside views, with an en-suite shower room, are all on the first floor of the house. Also up here is a family bathroom. Spill into the garden on sunny days to light the BBQ and dine in the sunshine. There is parking for three cars at this property.

Make a picnic and pack your swimming costumes and towels then venture 1 mile down to the beach at Treyarnon Bay. Harlyn Bay is 1.5 miles from the property and is also a firm favourite with families staying in the area. This was our second stay in this house - so that's a comment about how much we liked it! Loved being able to walk to the beach, to have the wonderfully stocked shop so close .... very comfortable house. We had a lovely week.
