Description

Situated in the centre of Constantine Bay, The Dunes is a contemporary yet comfortable detached cottage, ideal for families.  After a day out on the beach (within ten minutes' walk) you can sit out on the sheltered patio with a glass of something cool, curl up in front of an open fire with a good book, take advantage of the well equipped kitchen or head off to one of the many excellent local eateries at St Merryn (one mile) and Padstow (four miles). This haven by the sea is ideally situated for Constantine Bay Stores (50 yards), the surf Shop (50 yards) and Trevose Golf Club (50 yards) and is sure to make you want to return year in year out.

GROUND FLOOR:
Kitchen/Diner: Built-in electric oven, ceramic hob,  integral fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine (in larder), (dryer in garage), radio.
Lounge: Smart TV, Sky, DVD player, video recorder, radio/CD player, open fire.
Bathroom: Roll top bath, basin, w.c., separate electric shower.
Bedroom 1: Twin beds (3' - can be linked to create 6' super kingsize), chest of drawers, wardrobe, hair dryer.
Bedroom 2: Double bed (4'6"), chest of drawers, wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: Bunk beds (3'), chest of drawers.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 4: Single bed (3'), sea view, chest of drawers, wardrobe.

GARDEN & PARKING: Off road parking is provided to the front of the property for 1 car, further parking on the grass verge opposite the property. Covered verandah behind lounge, with teak garden table and chairs and barbecue. Garage (used for storage so no parking) which can be used to store your surf boards etc. Large rear garden mainly laid to lawn. 

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival - 3:00pm - departure - 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: £25 per pet per week Information about bringing your pet.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Heating by storage radiators plus additional heated towel rail in bathroom and open fire in lounge. 
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Baby Equipement: Travel cot (no bedding) and high chair available, other equipment can be hired - see hire page
Shop: 50 yds Pub: 50 yds

Local Area

If you're looking for a traditional family beach holiday, Constantine Bay is hard to beat. With a wide, sweeping stretch of golden sand, it is one of those places that families return to year after year (and often generation after generation). A versatile area, Constantine Bay has something that will appeal to almost everyone, whether you're looking for an active holiday including surfing and other water-sports, a social gathering at the Trevose Golf Club or Treglos Hotel, or a family- and dog-friendly holiday where you can spend all day on the beach, or walk for miles along the winding cliff paths found along this stretch of coastline.  The beach allows dogs all year round, meaning that you don't have to leave your best friend at home when you holiday here.  And, of course, the kids will love exploring the tidal rock pools and wide expanse of sand that has long made this beach one of the best-loved along this stretch of the beautiful North Cornish coast. A popular holiday destination for those 'in the know', the Bay attracts many groups of families and friends who often holiday together, turning the area into a little community within a community in the busy summer months.
