This gorgeous, impressive property provides a flexible, comfortable and beautiful two storey home, is decorated with flair and imagination to a very high standard and benefits from features such as the woodburner, large patio for al fresco dining and newly fitted kitchen with granite worktops and bathrooms. The Garden Room can be booked with Quillets at an additional third of the weekly rent and can accommodate an additional 2/4 people. The owner has done a wonderful job in converting this into a stylish and beautifully furnished annexe to Quillets. It provides the chance for a couple or a couple with children to stay with a larger party in the main house, but still have their own space. Quillets is situated in a very quiet spot on the Trevose Estate only a short walk to the championship golf course at Trevose. It has a lovely mature secluded garden and is about 12 minutes' walk from Constantine Bay - a lovely wide sandy beach with rock pools at one end; much loved by both families and surfers.

GARDEN & PARKING: The large garden is enclosed at the back, and has a Wendy House with table and chairs, lawned to front and rear and bounded on three sides by tall mature hedging. Large rear south-facing terrace with wooden garden furniture, stone chimney barbecue and a pair of all-weather cushioned wicker arm chairs, matching side table, 2 sun loungers. Outside hot and cold shower.  Driveway has parking for 4/5 cars. NB Garage unavailable for use.

Local Area

If you're looking for a traditional family beach holiday, Constantine Bay is hard to beat. With a wide, sweeping stretch of golden sand, it is one of those places that families return to year after year (and often generation after generation). A versatile area, Constantine Bay has something that will appeal to almost everyone, whether you're looking for an active holiday including surfing and other water-sports, a social gathering at the Trevose Golf Club or Treglos Hotel, or a family- and dog-friendly holiday where you can spend all day on the beach, or walk for miles along the winding cliff paths found along this stretch of coastline.  The beach allows dogs all year round, meaning that you don't have to leave your best friend at home when you holiday here.  And, of course, the kids will love exploring the tidal rock pools and wide expanse of sand that has long made this beach one of the best-loved along this stretch of the beautiful North Cornish coast. A popular holiday destination for those 'in the know', the Bay attracts many groups of families and friends who often holiday together, turning the area into a little community within a community in the busy summer months.

Stayed here last week with other family members. This is our second visit to Quillets and loved the newly extended bedrooms and bathrooms. Quillets has a very homely feel to it and at this time of year was a lovely start to the Christmas season, tree was a really nice touch too. We cooked a Christmas meal and there was everything from a garlic crusher to food processor and plenty of everything we needed. Very warm & comfortable, highly recommend.
