This attractively furnished, impressive house is a very spacious home, ideal for a large family.  It has a huge lounge/diner - with pleasant views over the golf course to the sea beyond - extremely well equipped kitchen and a large garden, the open fire provides a homely a welcoming feel for those cooler months.  It is conveniently located on the lane leading down to the glorious wide sandy beach at Constantine Bay, which is only 8 minutes' walk, and a short step away from Trevose Golf Club.  The unspoilt delights of Constantine Bay have attracted families to this area for generations. After a day of exploring the stunning Cornish coastline Treless will be a joy to return to, whether you are sat by the fire or out on the patio.

Lounge/Diner: Smart TV (access to Netflix + HDMI cable for streaming) DVD player, Sky Freesat, BT sport, mini CD player, cabinet, games and jigsaws, bay window with seating, french doors to terrace, view over golf course to sea and Trevose Head beyond. 

Kitchen: Built-in electric oven, ceramic hob,  large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave.
Utility: Washing machine, tumble dryer, small freezer.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), hanging space, shelves or drawers, hair dryer.
Bathroom: Bath (hand-held shower), basin, w.c.
Bedroom 3: Twin pine beds (3'), hanging space, shelves or drawers, bay window.
Bedroom 4: Twin pine beds (3'), hanging space, shelves or drawers.
Shower Room: Walk-in thermostatic shower, basin, w.c.

GARDEN & PARKING: The large, completely enclosed, garden is laid mainly to lawn with some shrubs but has a large terrace (with tables and benches) to the rear and another to the front of the property so that you can take advantage of the sunshine, whatever the time of day. There is parking on the grass for a number of cars. Garage not available.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: £25 per pet per week. Information about bringing your pet.
Power and Heat: Oil and electricity included in rent, oil c.h./hot water, open fire in lounge.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen provided; towels not provided but can be hired from the housekeeper for £5 per person per week; please order in advance.
Baby Equipment: Not provided but can be hired - see hire page.

Local Area

If you're looking for a traditional family beach holiday, Constantine Bay is hard to beat. With a wide, sweeping stretch of golden sand, it is one of those places that families return to year after year (and often generation after generation). A versatile area, Constantine Bay has something that will appeal to almost everyone, whether you're looking for an active holiday including surfing and other water-sports, a social gathering at the Trevose Golf Club or Treglos Hotel, or a family- and dog-friendly holiday where you can spend all day on the beach, or walk for miles along the winding cliff paths found along this stretch of coastline.  The beach allows dogs all year round, meaning that you don't have to leave your best friend at home when you holiday here.  And, of course, the kids will love exploring the tidal rock pools and wide expanse of sand that has long made this beach one of the best-loved along this stretch of the beautiful North Cornish coast. A popular holiday destination for those 'in the know', the Bay attracts many groups of families and friends who often holiday together, turning the area into a little community within a community in the busy summer months.

Brilliant property. Lots of room and very well equipped. We had a young dog with us who loved the garden which was very large and fenced in.
