This impressive spacious home has been beautifully refurbished with input from an interior designer. Well-equipped and generously proportioned, Kalundu has four large twin bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom. A substantial kitchen/diner complete with a dining table for eight and a large granite-topped central island with breakfast bar and three bar chairs. The lovely spacious lounge leads off from the kitchen/diner through some large double doors which can be opened up to create an open entertainment area. Being all on one level, with sleeping and communal areas in different wings, and having good heating and hot water, makes it ideal all year round for groups of all types; families (all generations), golfers, walkers and dog lovers. In summer step through the patio doors on to the large sun trap patio then into the large lawned garden or in winter snuggle up by the open fire after a windswept walk along the beach. The wide sandy beach of Constantine Bay, South West Coast path, village store and Trevose Golf and Country Club are all within easy walking distance.
This property offers a small group discount of 25% on full weekly bookings for parties of 4 at certain times of the year. Unless otherwise requested the two bedrooms which will be available will be the two with both bath and shower ensuite. Please contact us, if you would prefer different bedroom preferences. The building forms a U shape to the rear which encloses a patio and acts as a sun trap. There is a further quarter acre garden for children to play in, mainly laid to lawn. Mature trees abut the boundary. Weber barbecue, patio table and chairs, sun loungers. The garden is enclosed, but a determined dog possibly could escape.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent, open fire in lounge, electric convector radiators throughout (thermostatically controlled), heated towel rails in bathrooms; 3 large separate hot water tanks with electric immersion heaters provide plenty of hot water.

Spacious, clean, well equipped and bright. Excellent space for a big family, friends and gatherings. Good access to the beach via the path next to the golf course leading straight to the Constantine dunes.
