Description

This lovely spacious home has been beautifully refurbished with input from an interior designer.  Well-equipped and generously proportioned, Kalundu has four large twin bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom. A spacious kitchen/diner complete with large marble-topped central island with breakfast bar and three chairs. The lovely spacious lounge leads off from the kitchen/diner through some large double doors which can be opened up to create an open entertainment area.  Being all on one level, with sleeping and communal areas in different wings, good heatingand hot water makes it ideal all year round for groups of all types; families (all generations), golfers, walkers and dog lovers. In summer step through the patio doors on to the large sun trap patio then on into the large lawned garden or in winter snuggle up by the open fire after a windswept walk along the beach. The wide sandy beach of Constantine Bay and Trevose Golf Club are both within easy walking distance.

This property offers a low occupancy discount of 25% on full weekly bookings for parties of 4 at certain times of the year. Unless otherwise requested the two bedrooms which will be available will be the two with both bath and shower ensuite. Please contact us, if you would prefer different bedroom preferences. This discount is automatically applied and the holiday price you are quoted reflects this. GARDEN & PARKING:  Driveway to lockable double garage with space for one car or storage of golf clubs, pushchairs, surfboards, bikes etc.  Parking for 3 cars on the drive. The building forms a U shape to the rear which encloses a patio and acts as a sun trap.  There is a further quarter acre garden for children to play in, mainly laid to lawn. Mature trees abut the boundary. Barbecue, patio table and chairs, 4 sun loungers. The garden is enclosed, but a determined dog possibly could escape.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival - 3:00pm - departure - 10:00am.
Security Deposit: £300.
Pets Welcome: £25 per pet per week; maximum 2. Information about bringing your pet.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent, open fire in lounge, electric convector radiators throughout (thermostatically controlled), heated towel rails bathrooms; hot water electric immersions; 3 large hot water tanks provide plenty of hot water.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Baby Equipment: Not provided but can be hired - see hire page.

A versatile area, Constantine Bay has something that will appeal to almost everyone, whether you're looking for an active holiday including surfing and other water-sports, a social gathering at the Trevose Golf Club or Treglos Hotel, or a family- and dog-friendly holiday where you can spend all day on the beach, or walk for miles along the winding cliff paths found along this stretch of coastline.  The beach allows dogs all year round, meaning that you don't have to leave your best friend at home when you holiday here.  And, of course, the kids will love exploring the tidal rock pools and wide expanse of sand that has long made this beach one of the best-loved along this stretch of the beautiful North Cornish coast. A popular holiday destination for those 'in the know', the Bay attracts many groups of families and friends who often holiday together, turning the area into a little community within a community in the busy summer months.
