This Grade II listed terraced holiday cottage was built in 1820 and is set over three storeys, with wonderful views of the sea, Forrabury Church and Lundy Island to enjoy. It is located at the top of the picturesque Cornish harbour of Boscastle and boasts original features such as beamed ceilings and feature fireplaces in the bedrooms and is only half a mile from the centre of Boscastle (note: walk from village centre may be challenging for some!) The Napoleon Inn is only 100 metres away and when you venture down to Boscastle, you will find many places to eat and drink including The Cobweb, which boasts a family room, and the Wellington Hotel well known for its home cooking. You will enjoy browsing in the many little shops and you can access the South West Coastal Footpath, some of Cornwall’s wonderful sandy beaches and cliff walks. Ideally positioned to visit some of the tourist attractions that North Cornwall has to offer including Tintagel, the mythical home of King Arthur, Port Isaac Port - famous now for the location of the Doc Martin series - and Padstow with its shops, pubs and restaurants including Rick Stein’s famous fish restaurant.

Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in the rent. Electric radiators, log burner and heated towel-rails in bathrooms.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and highchair provided, please bring your own cot linen.
