You will not find a better place than Broadmeadows to take advantage of the breath taking, panoramic views across the surrounding countryside and the Camel estuary. The elevated position on the second floor lounge, and the floor to ceiling windows in bedroom one provides an uninterrupted vista from sunrise to sunset. Padstow is only a 10 minute drive, where you will be able to enjoy the delights that the historic town has to offer. The Royal Cornwall Showground is only a 5 minute drive and hold various events throughout the year. Broadmeadows is finished to a high specification with great attention to detail and has several features that make it more eco-friendly than most, including solar-powered hot water. The spacious conservatory and pretty courtyard provide a choice of great places to sit and contemplate the day's activities while enjoying a well- deserved glass of wine. A fantastic property if you are looking for somewhere that stands out from the crowd.

Padstow is arguably now one of the best-known of Cornwall's holiday destinations - a working harbour still retaining the character of the fishing industry while also managing to reinvent itself as a modern holiday destination. Padstow has so much to offer the discerning holiday maker, with several beaches along the Camel Estuary, where you can also have a go at a range of water sports such as sailing and windsurfing, as well as a variety of boat trips such as fishing excursions, speedboat rides, sea-life safaris and the ever popular Jubilee Queen. You can indulge your passion for food at an excellent selection of restaurants in the town, which is now the base for a number of celebrity chefs including Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth. If you're looking for more active pursuits, you can cycle the Camel Trail, the route of the old railway line running between Padstow and Bodmin. If walking is more your thing, there are many walking trails and routes waiting to be discovered, and if you're bringing a dog, there are plenty of dog-friendly places to explore. Gaining popularity in recent years is the Padstow Christmas Festival, now spread over four days, with cookery demonstrations, food and craft market, and entertainment.

Very helpful caretaker.Mr John Dunstall - 23rd April 2018
We found the property to be very nice. We really liked the small details like leaving a chocolate lolly for each of our three children - that was a lovely touch and made us all feel welcomed. The housekeeper, Sam, was also really nice, friendly and helpful. Overall, a great place to stay for our holiday Mr Paul Nolan - 9th April 2018
