Lowen offers a beautifully renovated apartment for couples to enjoy and it offers the perfect base to explore all that Cornwall has to offer due to its fantastically central location. The apartment is located on a quiet road in Indian Queens, yet you are still just a quick drive from the A30 where you can choose to head to Newquay, Truro, Mawgan Porth, Padstow and Bedruthan Steps. You really are in the best possible location as all of these areas are roughly just a 20 minute drive away. The southern maritime town of Fowey and villages of Polperro and Mevagissy together with St Austell and the historic Charlestown - home to historic tall ships are all also within easy reach. The Eden project is only a sort car journey away and for a little further afield are the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Goss Moor National Nature Reserve is also just under 5 miles away so there is lots of natural beauty nearby to enjoy walking or cycling holidays. Indian Queens itself has a fantastic Chinese restaurant and also an award winning fish and chip shop a minutes walk away which can't be missed!

PARKING: Parking for one car. Please Note: This is a slightly challenging space that would need to be reversed into. Roadside parking is also available nearby.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am
Pet Welcome: Maximum 1 dog; £25 per week. Information about bringing your pet.
Power and Heat: Electricity and gas included in rent; full gas central heating; radiators in lounge, bathroom and bedroom.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided. Duvet is luxurious duck down with White Company linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels).

Indian Queens is a roadside village just north of Fraddon, ten miles south of Bodmin. A diversion completed in 2009 now bypasses the village, which means it benefits from minimal passing traffic, whilst still being very close to the A30 which gives you plenty of choices for day trips with so many popular areas being just a 20 minute drive away. Truro, Newquay, Mawgan Porth, Padstow are just some of the great hot spots you can quickly get to. There are great transport links that directly outside the property that pass through the village so there doesn't always have to be a designated driver! There is also a nearby train station in St Columb which is within easy walking distance and gives rail access to Newquay in the north but also to PAR in the south and the main line service from both London and the North. Goss Moor National nature reserve is just under 5 miles away and offers adventurers plenty of cycle and walking paths as well as abundant wildlife to enjoy. The award winning fish and chips restaurant The Port and Starboard in Indian Queens can't be missed!
