This charming property features a spacious and inviting lounge, perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the local area. The well-equipped kitchen/diner comes complete with modern appliances and a non-operational vintage Rayburn range, offering a touch of rustic character to the space. The property offers three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with twin beds. A family bathroom and a convenient cloakroom complete the internal layout. Step outside and discover the enclosed garden, complete with lawns and mature planting. The picnic table and benches offer the perfect spot for dining al fresco.

Located in a lovely countryside setting, this cottage is less than a mile from Treyarnon Bay, one of the seven bays of St Merryn. Treyarnon Bay boasts a picturesque sandy beach surrounded by rugged cliffs and dunes, perfect for families and water sports enthusiasts. With a handy beachside cafe and shop, you can stay refreshed and energised all day long. The quaint village of St Merryn is less than a mile away, offering a range of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants to explore. If you’re a keen walker, strike out along the South West Coast Path towards dramatic cliff-top scenery. Alternatively, head inland and take a stroll or bike ride along the Camel Trail that begins in Padstow (3.5 miles), a town famed for its fantastic seafood restaurants and traditional working harbour.

Same as last year :-) - Great little bungalow! Stayed for 2 weeks over the Christmas period. The bungalow was very well cleaned and very well equipped. The owners left some treats and decorations that were very much appreciated. The photos do not do this bungalow justice, it's better. The location is great, 5 minutes from the beach or village. We had a lovely holiday at Trearth. The location is beautiful and the property is delightful. It is comfortable and well equipped and the detailed instructions and labels throughout the property make it very easy to know how to use appliance and what is expected of guests. Lovely place to stay. We did many walks from the house and cycle rides too. Comfortable place to stay, very clean and homely. Nice garden with view to see from the bottom, garage useful to keep our bikes in too.
