Lovely spacious flat, perfectly situated. The hill certainly helps you walk off the cream teas. Shame about lack of garden furniture, table and chairs broken and dumped at end of terrace. Property is peaceful and a short walk into the town. Comfortable bed in master bedroom. We would come again.

Overall, good value for money. Point of note are the crows nesting in surrounding trees ! Very, very noisy in daylight hours unless windows are closed.

Property was very basic, in need of upgrade (furniture & decor). We had an issue with the C.H. boiler, the response from the maintainence team was excellent. He infomed us that a new fan was required for the boiler. We had to keep re-setting the boiler for the hot water etc. At the end of the holiday, this issue had not been resolved, we realise tRead morehe timescales for replacement parts. Hide
