This homely bungalow enjoys a quiet location just 2 miles from the North Cornwall coast. The property sleeps five guests and is ideal for both friends and families looking for a relaxing holiday exploring this gorgeous stretch of coastline. You’ll have seven glorious, sandy beaches within a 3-mile radius of the cottage, and the foodie haven of Padstow is just 4 miles away.

The accommodation is set across one level and the property has a warm and welcoming feel, with comfortable furniture and a calm, neutral decor. The main living area comprises a bright and airy lounge/diner, with sumptuous sofas to sink into and watch the Smart TV and an elegant dining table for sharing mealtimes together. The compact kitchen has everything you need for a self-catering holiday. When day turns to night, choose from three cosy bedrooms: a double, twin, or single. A family bathroom completes this charming holiday home. Outside, the enclosed garden is laid to lawn and there is a patio for al fresco dining in the Cornish sunshine.

The area surrounding St Merryn is known for its stunning beaches and bays. Within 3 miles of the property you’ll have the magnificent Constantine Bay and Harlyn Bay, with their golden sands and calm waters. Both beaches are also popular with water sports enthusiasts. Just 4 miles away is the vibrant harbour town of Padstow. Here, foodies will be in their element, with a vast collection of independent restaurants, pubs, and bistros, all serving fresh, local produce and seafood. Keen walkers can set off from here along The Camel Trail, or you can head to the coast to join the South West Coast Path.

The cottage was very clean and tidy and had everything you needed. It was in a quiet location and the garden was lovely for the dog. The location was great for many places to visit.

Overall cottage was fantastic. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it. Unfortunately shop on the camp site is permanently closed which was disappointing.

Gate could be moved further down so side door could be left open for dogs to gain access to garden. Sofa could do with replacing, also not comfortable. Blind in bathroom doesn't drop down, so although has privacy glass its not private especially if window is open.

Well equipped, comfortable and peaceful bungalow. Within easy reach of Padstow and lovely walks by beaches.

Other than that it was really nice and we were able to get where we wanted pretty easily..particularly loved going to Harlyn beach early morning with my dogs

Beautiful cottage which was very spacious, cosy and fully equipped. Cottage itself was tucked away in a little cul-de-sac which made it even more private, with a drivewayRead more for our car to be parked. The park itself where it is situated on is also very clean, friendly, with a restaurant and bar and various entertainment of the evening. Location is ideal as it was a short drive into all our favourite spots in Cornwall, such as Padstow, Port Isaac, Newquay and Perranporth. 7 nearby bays are also in close proximity. Harlyn Bay being our favourite, and only 8 minutes away in the car. Beautiful hidden gem with a lovely beach bar. This cottage had all we needed and more. They even had a variety of games and books etc for families to use. We would certainly book this cottage again and would recommend to family and friends without a doubt. Absolutely lovely cottage in a quiet culdesac. Everything you need is already at hand .clean and tidy .beautiful garden all enclosed .
