Find your holiday haven by the sea in this charming holiday home which boasts a multi-level decked area overlooking the seaside town of Looe. Less than half a mile away, you’ll find East Looe Beach with its unique Banjo Pier, calm turquoise waters and soft, sandy shore where endless hours of fun can be had on the Cornish coast.
Whether it’s morning, noon or night, the dual-aspect living room is a lovely place to relax with a comfortable sofa, a cuddle chair, a TV and a bay window seat offering an idyllic spot to watch the world go by. Located beside a bright window, the dining table is a great place to gather for mealtimes or to get competitive with an evening of board games. Next door is the traditionally styled kitchen with pale cream cabinets and everything you’ll need to fix up a feast, as well as a quaint table for two. Up on the first floor is a king-size bedroom with ample storage space and a TV, as well as a playful twin bedroom which is perfect for younger children. Completing the property is the sleek bathroom with a P-shaped bath and overhead shower. Extending the living space outside is both a front and rear garden area, both of which are wonderful places to soak up the atmosphere when the sun is shining or to catch a magical Cornish sunset.
Split in two by the river, the town of Looe is a wonderful place to holiday with so much to see and do, from glass-bottomed boat trips from the harbour to quaint cafes to visit, all found within a mile of your holiday home. Venture further inland to find the Kilminorth Woods and Giant’s Hedge circular walk (2 miles) which takes you beside the Looe River and through an enchanting woodland setting. Or, for more of a challenge, why not tackle a stretch of the South West Coast Path with the Looe-Polperro trail stretching for just under 6 miles, or Looe-Fowey for a 12-mile hike?
