An inviting property set in a leafy holiday park within easy reach of the historic town of Penzance on the beautiful West Coast of Cornwall. This rural retreat is ideal for family and friends holidaying with a couple of waggy-tailed companions in tow. Grab a bag of salty chips and stroll the sprawling Victorian promenade of Penzance (2.5 miles) with views across Mounts Bay, before gearing up for garden games on the grassy lawn.

This homely hideaway features a bright interior with soft neutral tones, clean lines, and sociable open-plan living. Unravel outer layers at the door then pad into the kitchen/diner. Rustle up a hearty post-adventure feast for the pack in the spacious kitchen then perch at the worktops to pour a round of sparkling drinks. Adorn the wooden dining table with an indulgent spread then settle in for a leisurely evening meal to mark your special occasion. After dinner, retire to the lounge and flop down onto the plump sofas and relax with a family film or whip out the board games for some easy entertainment. Ascend the staircase to discover two well-presented bedrooms, consisting of a relaxing double and an airy twin. Early risers can steal a moment of peace sipping their coffee from the patio before scoping out the delights of the park grounds. Take a dip in the shared pool, refine your swing at the pitch-and-putt golf, or peruse the selection of on-site watering holes and eateries.

Further afield, venture along the cobblestone path revealed at low tide to discover the imposing structure of St Michael’s Mount (4 miles). Follow the trails winding beneath sub-tropical foliage archways at the Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens (2 miles) or catch an awe-inspiring live performance at the open-air Minack Theatre (12 miles) with a sweeping ocean backdrop.

we really loved it, comfortable, nicely decorated everything you need for the kitchen, hot water with a power shower, everything works. And a pub/restaurant and a shop on site. Perfect!

The cottage was lovely, clean, neat, well-supplied. The view from the back windows over the meadow next door is beautiful. The place was peaceful and quiet. We had a great week, with lots of fun activities (beautiful beaches, awesome golf course, the Penzance Lido). We would happily recommend this cottage to other families.

A comfortable stay. Avoid if connectivity is important, wifi is hopeless when it works and EE is nonexistent. TV is poor.

We had lovely time at the cottage very clean bright, comfortable and good parking. Great location for touring Cornwall. Also it was nice to have tea, coffee and milk for when we arrived plus yummy biscuits. Would recommend this property and hope to be back again.
