A lovely comfortable house with incredible views over the beaches from the top snug. Ideally located 2 mins walk from the harbour this property is great for easy walks around Padstow. A little more work is needed before next season in order to bring it up to similarly priced properties - none-the-less we had a lovely time here.

We stayed as 2 couples with a dog and were very impressed with the quality of the furniture, fixings, bedding and equipment available. We enjoyed early evenings in the top of the house with views over the estuary. Evenings we enjoyed playing games around the kitchen table. On the doorstep is a great choice of pubs and restaurants but we particularlRead morey enjoyed the Harbour Inn with Live music on Thursdays and Sundays. We experienced a small drainage problem which was sorted immediately for us. Everything was really fabulous. 2 families would love it. Hide
