Soak up the far-reaching views of coast and country from this delectable Cornish cottage, a real gem within the North Cornwall AONB. With remarkable spaces to relax both indoors and out, this fantastic holiday home has seen families and friends return to it year after year, a clear indication of its overall charm. You’ll notice a beautiful, tiered garden with lawn, mature shrubbery and patio spaces just outside the property, a wonderful space to relax with a sundowner after a day out and about. Indoors, the accommodation is thoughtfully laid out with four attractive bedrooms which, in total, sleep seven guests.
Decorated with a traditional country feel, the property is laid out over two storeys with remarkable views from every window. Step inside to be greeted by the utterly inviting lounge with a wood burner, soft seating and Sky TV for cosy nights in. Uniquely, the kitchen is split into a main kitchen/diner and an additional galley kitchen – plenty of space for cooking up a storm. You’ll also find a games room on the ground floor where young kids can play before bed. When it comes to bedtime, four bedrooms are laid out across two floors. Two of the bedrooms boast en-suite bathrooms and the other two are served by a brightly coloured family bathroom.
Having gazed out at the scenery from within, lace up your walking boots and set out to explore. The coastal village of Tintagel is just 2 miles down the road with National Trust beauty spots of Merlin’s Cave and Glebe Cliff within easy reach. The surfing, swimming and sunbathing, the nearby Trebarwith Beach (1.5 miles) is a fantastically popular area where you’ll no doubt while away many an afternoon. On a rainy day, however, find plenty to see and do at the local Museum of Witchcraft and Magic (4.5 miles) or at the Cornwall at War Museum (6 miles).
