This fabulous reverse-level apartment looks over East Looe Beach and is perfect for families or groups of friends that want to enjoy the beautiful seaside towns and villages in this gorgeous part of South East Cornwall. Sleeping six over three comfortable bedrooms, all with sea views, this holiday home is not to be missed if you want to truly experience coastal life. Wake up to the sound of crashing waves, head up to the kitchen and grab your morning coffee before heading out to the balcony to watch the golden hour unfold.

The property, which has a pretty garden that’s shared with four other apartments and has access to the beach, is spacious and welcoming. Cook up a storm in the quirky kitchen and eat sociable meals at the dining table before snuggling up on the sofas to relax with your favourite film on TV or a good book. At bedtime, head to one of the peaceful bedrooms split across both floors; all have calming, neutral decor that helps you drift off to sleep and wake up refreshed and ready for a day of exploration.

If you’re looking for another sandy beach, head off to Polperro (5 miles) with crystal-clear waters and dramatic cliffs. You could even walk there along the South West Coast Path and pop to the model village on your way. Carnglaze Caverns (15 miles) offers an interesting family day out through underground caves, a subterranean lake and wooded hillside. While you’re here, you have to visit the Eden Project (22 miles), and the Bodmin and Wenford Railway that takes you on a 13-mile journey from Bodmin General Station (19 miles) through Glynn Valley, Camel Valley and Boscarne.

Fabulous location with comfy beds and parking. Lots of stairs so perhaps not suitable if you have young children or struggle with steps.

Great location, amazing towels, unfortunately you'll need to clean the balcony and windows yourself as the management company dont seem to want to ......I would book again for location alone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this duplex apartment. All 3 bedrooms had beautiful sea views as did the living space. Very well equiped kitchen including a washing machine and dishwasher. Having two bath/shower rooms was also great; nice quality fluffy white towels. Bedrooms a great size with comfortable mattresses and good quality linen. PRead morearking very tight especially if you have a big car. We travelled in two cars. One we parked in the Millpool Car Park for 29 for the week which is a good alternative and around a 15 minute walk. Also a quite a few stairs to get to the apartment; fine for us but good to be aware if you have mobility issues. Overall, highly recommended. Hide

The location is perfect for all the facilities of Looe and the sea view is beautiful. Guests should be aware there are as many as 55 steps to the top floor of the apartment from street level.

What a brilliant place to stay even in February. We booked this apartment for the view and it was great. We even sat out on the balcony! The beds were very comfortable and having two bathrooms would be a bonus if a larger party was staying.
