A graceful property situated along the coveted Draycott Terrace in the eclectic coastal town of St Ives. This romantic abode is perfect for couples holidaying with their four-pawed companion. Sip a chilled sundowner and soak in the bustling St Ives atmosphere from a waterfront terrace on the harbour (500 metres), before sinking onto the plump sofa to unwind with a sweet treat and a movie.

This sophisticated coastal escape features an invitingly airy interior with crisp neutral tones, artfully draped throws, cool tiling, and relaxing seascapes. Kick off sandy shoes at the door then pad into the open-plan heart of the home. Flick on the kettle then potter in the glossy kitchen whipping up a selection of locally sourced nibbles. Set the mood with your favourite playlist on the music dock then toast to your special occasion perched at the cosy dining table. As the night draws in, retire to the lounge, and curl up beneath the soft blanket on the sofa. Rest up in the bright double room complete with colourful soft furnishings. On balmy mornings, brew a coffee and venture down the steps to discover a secluded paved courtyard - the perfect spot for a breezy al fresco breakfast.

Make like the locals and kit up for an invigorating surf session on the swells of Porthmeor Beach (800 metres). For those seeking more sedate pursuits, admire outdoor artwork as you stroll beneath the leafy sub-tropical plants at the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden (600 metres) or embark on a scenic saunter along the coastal path to Hawkes Point (1.5 miles).

It's very difficult to fault St Ives as a place, so I think it would be very hard to be negative. Value for money on this cottage is good. Cannot fault St Ives Holidays as I've used them many times. Will be looking for more space next time and a sea view, but the cottage as a whole is excellent. Thank you to the owners.

The property is lovely, very well looked after and furnished beautifully. The service has been amazing with constant updates and reminders with very clear instructions. The folder in the flat is full of useful information. TV had lots of channels to watch. Parking is very difficult, with limited spaces I'd recommend reversing down of you can, yoRead moreu can also book car parking close by through the council website. Dogs are only allowed on the beach between 6pm and 10am (fine of 80-1000). Beach is very close by, be prepared to walk up a steep incline (if you have disabled or pish chairs etc). Driving around St Ives is very busy, if you can I'd recommend using a taxi service(I used A1 taxis, downloaded their app) the train station and bus stops are also very close by. Hide

Obviously I base my scoring on what we paid and competitors pricing. The location, cleanliness and equipment was all that we needed. The seating could have been a bit more spacious. We enjoyed our stay without any problems. I would also say that your information emails and text regarding our visit to the property and help line was very reassuring.Read more Well organised on your part. So thank you. Hide
