This wonderful property is a relaxing haven in the foodie holiday destination of Looe. Sleeping five over three peaceful bedrooms, this three-storey holiday home is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a beach holiday in this lovely part of South East Cornwall. Enjoy sociable evenings in the open-plan living area, chatting on the sofas while the chef of the group cooks up something special to eat after a long day out sightseeing.

This cottage blends contemporary styles with charming original features like exposed wood beams and stone walls. The feature fireplace in the living area is a great focal point and makes this room feel like the hub of the home. Take a sumptuous bath in the bathroom surrounded by the blue tones of the sea before heading to bed in one of the bedrooms; each one has a charming coastal feel with thoughtful furnishings and neutral decor that offers a tranquil night’s sleep. While there’s no outside space here, sandy East Looe Beach is just 100 metres away from your door.

After you’ve explored the local beach, head over to quiet Polperro (5 miles) or Talland Bay (4 miles) where you can check out one sandy and one rocky beach. But if you’re looking for a leisurely walk, book a boat trip over to Looe Island with Looe Sea Safari (50 metres) where you can wander through wildflower meadows, rocky reef and woodland. Children will love Wild Futures Monkey Sanctuary (4.5 miles) and Porfell Wildlife Park (8 miles), while plant lovers will revel in the tropical biomes at the Eden Project (22 miles). Or if you’re feeling adventurous, grab your walking boots and head up the South West Coast Path to Millendreath (1 mile) through to Seaton Beach (4 miles).

Glorious cottage both inside furnishings and location to beach and within Looe. We absolutely loved it.

Wonderful property in a great location. Had everything we needed. Living/kitchen area was small but we expected that and it was fine for the 3 of us (2 adults and a teenager). Right opposite the beach which was ideal. Car parking space was a bonus (and a rarity in Looe). Looking to book again next year.

Cottage was clean and extremely well appointed with top quality appliances. We were five adults and did not feel at all crowded. Extremely well thought out floor plan making maximum use of all spaces. Beautiful view of the ocean.

We had a fab weekend in Looe at this property. We were there for Kernowfornia, the music festival on the beach, and the location of the property was perfect! The arrival instructions were clear, the property was immaculately presented, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfy. We are a family of 5 and, while the kitchen/living area Read moreis bijou, it had everything we needed and was a comfortable place for us to eat and gather. Hide

Excellent location for the beach and town. The only thing Id say is that although the property can sleep up to six people, the living area can only really accommodate two adults, or in my case, 1 adult and two small children.

This little cottage is in a wonderful location in Looe town centre. We enjoyed a lovely short break away there and having the convenience of the town and the beach was fantastic. The space in the cottage is a little limited, I would certainly not recommend this to anyone with more than four people, and even then you would need to be good friends!!
