Enjoy a wonderful stay in Cornwall at this enchanting holiday let. Padstow is a charming town with plenty to explore and a wonderful atmosphere for holidaymakers. This retreat is a great base for enjoying the delights of Padstow and the surrounding area, then return with your family or friends to a charming sanctuary.
As you enter the cottage you’ll find a charming kitchen/diner, the perfect place to make a cup of coffee or clear off the table for board games. To one side you’ll see an electric coal effect fire to make everything seem cosy. The next downstairs room is the lounge, which also has an electric fire, plus plenty of seating areas and glass doors which lead to the patio and provide plenty of natural light. The two bedrooms are on the first floor. There’s a king and a twin which can be organised as a super-king bedroom if requested upon booking. Both have en-suites, one with a deep P-shaped bath for long, relaxing soaks. When you’ve washed the sand away, head out to the patio. It has outdoor furniture so you could enjoy meals there, or look over the town.
Padstow has plenty to entertain your party, with independent shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants all within easy reach. One of the top attractions has to be the wonderful sealife safaris. You take the boat from Padstow Harbour (0.5 miles) and then get taken out into the bay. Here, you can see whales, dolphins, seals, puffins and gannets in their natural habitat. There are other boats and water sports around, including surfing at Trevone Bay (2 miles) where you can take lessons and hire equipment as required. Finish your holiday with a day at the Tide Climbing Centre (3.5 miles), the perfect rainy day activity.
