Ideal for couples seeking a romantic and active getaway to the coast, the apartment features a spacious lounge/kitchen/diner, a king-size bedroom and access to a shared garden.

The naturally-lit lounge/kitchen/diner is the place to crash after a long day out, or to enjoy long brunches or guilt-free romantic meals. There is plenty of space in the bathroom to freshen up, and when the day is done, the welcoming confines or the king-size bedroom nearby will keep you safe until dawn. The shared gardens, accessed via the patio doors in the lounge/kitchen/diner, are a nice addition to the complex and an attractive launch pad for any adventure.

Harbour, Porthmeor, Porthminster and Porthgwidden, St Ives’ four wonderful sandy beaches, have been popular with water sports lovers, sandcastle builders and sunbathers for generations. Great location, high up over the town, (10 min or less on foot to anywhere in St Ives, and a bit longer back!!) and a pleasant, spacious lounge-dining room. Lovely 5ft bed, possibly a little bit firm, made the bedroom a bit of a squeeze. We had the impression that the flat was a bit tired after a long hot season, and could do with a very thorough cRead morelean and perhaps some redecoration and routine maintenance, outside and in, to brighten it up. Absence of Wifi and patchy mobile signal could be a problem for some. However, on the whole, I would consider booking this flat again. Hide

Great value bolt hole for a couple, with onsite parking a very welcome bonus. Close to town and beach. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Drawbacks were a slightly dampish air to the bedroom (we did visit during a rainy week to be fair) and lack of WiFi at the property. This was an issue for us because there was no phone signal either.

Excellent location only 10 minutes from Porthmeor beach, although its quite a steep walk up the hill! 15 minute walk into St Ives. The apartment has everything you need for a holiday stay, well stocked kitchen, fridge, microwave and the cooker is good. Struggled a bit with mobile signal as there is no WiFi. Bed was comfy. There is a dedicated parkiRead moreng space, which was good, however, we were unable to use it on a couple of occasions due to inconsiderate parking in the next bay! Will definitely book again. Hide

Overall, it's a good base for exploring St Ives. The accommodation is fine, although be warned, the walk into town or beach, means a steep climb down, then back up! Otherwise, it's well equipped & comfortable.
