Practically on the beautiful Looe Beach, boasting a reverse-level layout, this apartment benefits from incredible sea views from the living room and both bedrooms where you can watch the sunrise each morning. Just a few steps form the apartment can have you on the beach for a morning swim or build a sandcastle on the soft sand and indulge in fine Cornish ice cream on a sunny day.

Starting on the second floor, it’s here you’ll find the neutrally decorated living room, with two comfortable sofas and an armchair all facing the windowed doors which lead out onto the private balcony. Watch the world go by on the seaside or sink in and watch your favourite film on the TV – whatever you choose, this room is made for relaxation. Also on this floor is the modern kitchen with cream cabinets and wooden countertops, the dining room which features a characterful table and chairs seating four, and a spacious shower room. Downstairs on the first floor are the bedrooms, as well as a family bathroom. The first bedroom features a king-size bed and matching wardrobe and dressing table ensuring you’ll feel completely at home during your stay, whilst the second is a twin room, well-suited to children. In addition to the balcony, the property has access to a set of shared gardens from which you can also reach the blissful beach.

Fantastically located for many day trips and excursions, all ages will be thrilled with the variety, from walks beside the river through dense woodland to glass-bottomed boat trips out to sea - both within 3 miles of your doorstep. Walk a stretch of the South West Coast Path from Looe to Seaton Beach (4 miles) and you’ll get the opportunity to stop off at a number of beautiful locations, from the cliff-top sections that look over Looe Bay to the sandy shores of Plaidy, Millendreath and Keveral Beach before ending your trail at Seaton.

Amazing apartment with outstanding views. The 40 steps up to the apartment were definitely worth it, we spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony watching the world go by listening to the sea. The towels and bedding were very good quality and the beds do comfortable. Will definitely return.

Excellent except for the number of stairs to climb when delivering our luggage.

Loved the situation and the view with constant sound of waves - very relaxing. Furniture and beds really comfortable, bedding was clean and cozy. Slept really well. Has a parking space! Very good location for walking to shops and places to eat, enjoyed some excellent meals out - Looe is big enough for many places to be open even in December.

The view is outstanding. The flat is comfortable, no problem at all with the bed. The furniture is lovely, very solid. The beach is so close and shops are in walking distance.

Lovely accommodation and perfect location, parking is a bit tight but I suppose you are lucky to have parking very close to the apartments in the heart of town so cant complain really. The view is what you are paying for, to wake up and listen to the sea from your bedroom window was heaven and I will definitely be booking again. I was also very lRead moreucky to watch filming for the BBCs Beyond Paradise right in front of my balcony, perfect end to a perfect stay. Hide

You can see that the owners, are doing there best to bring the apartment upto date, yes the bathroom is a little dated , but everything works, again for the second shower room. The rest of the apartment is spacious and comfortable along with the beds. The balcony is a massive bonus, don't be put off by the beer garden underneath, noise was not a pRead moreroblem. Previous tenants mentioned the parking, the parking spot is very convenient as it's on the end, so you can position the car at a different angle, so it's not an issue. I'm in my 70s and the 40 stairs again weren't an issue. Hide

Ideally located apartment overlooking the beach with great views. Plenty of room for a family and nice to have split level for the kitchen dining room upstairs and bedrooms downstairs.

Positives, really good location overlooking the beach and close to town facilities. Clean and comfortable. Great updates from agent. Slight negatives, from outside door to front door of apartment is 40 steps and another 13 steps to lounge and kitchen. We had elderly parents with us so a little inconvenient. The car parking place is extremely tighRead moret to park and leaves very little space for others to squeeze past. A very pleasant stay in a delightful setting Hide

Lovely comfortable spacious property and a great location. Yes the car parking space was tight but this made us all the more determined not to use the car for our entire stay - which we achieved. Looking forward to returning
