This ground floor Victorian apartment occupies a commanding position directly overlooking Perranporth Beach, 50 metres from the sand. A well-placed beach holiday base for families, walkers, and adventurers, it opens up the full sweep of the North Cornwall coast in both directions. Perranporth's wild cliffs and open countryside provide dramatic hiking along the coastal path, where secret caves and rock pools line the shoreline below. At low tide, a natural open-air tidal pool on the beach offers open-water swimming. Back in the town centre, colourful streets are lined with independent boutiques and cafes, and a golf course sits on the green clifftops above. North along the coast lie the surfing beaches of Fistral Beach and Watergate Bay, while to the south, the heritage coastline and unspoiled bays around St Agnes provide quieter shores and scenic coastal walks.
