This four-bedroom beach house overlooks the ocean at Gwithian Beach, its Malibu-inspired architecture framing panoramic sea views along Cornwall's north coast. Gwithian Beach is reached down a flower-lined path, with miles of golden sand stretching towards Godrevy Beach and the lighthouse standing proud on its rocky outcrop – a landmark loved by surfers, locals, and visitors alike. Kite flying and horse riding thrive on the flat, open bay, where ponies are often seen cantering through the shallows. The Hayle Estuary and Saltings nature reserve offer prime birdwatching, with murmurations in the shoulder months a particular draw. The National Trust headland beyond Godrevy leads to Mutton Cove, home to a grey seal colony, and Carbis Bay and St Ives are a scenic train ride along the coast or 7.5 miles by car.
