This converted cottage looks out across rolling green hills and countryside from its quiet farm setting, 400 metres from Mawgan Porth Beach on the North Cornwall coast. With three bedrooms and generous living space, it is well suited to families and couples looking for a coastal holiday with open countryside on the doorstep. The South West Coast Path runs along the clifftops, connecting to Watergate Bay 2 miles along the coast and Bedruthan Steps 2.5 miles away, where spectacular panoramas unfold along the walk. Down on the beachfront, a wide stretch of white sand meets the Atlantic, with a stream trickling across the shore. Cafes, shops, and a surf school line the road, and a seasonal crazy golf and pitch and putt course sits beside a historic Iron Age site.


The ground-floor living room has oak floors, oak beams, and a wood burner, with a Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker. Through to the double-height farmhouse-style kitchen, the heated slate floor keeps you warm and double patio doors open onto the lawned area to fill the room with natural light. A table and chairs seat six for family meals. Also on the ground floor is a large double-aspect bedroom with a zip-and-link bed that can be configured as either a twin or a super-king-size, a wardrobe, and bedside tables, along with a separate shower room featuring a large slate-floored shower enclosure and WC. Stairs lead up to a galleried landing, where a twin bedroom with two single beds sits alongside a king-size bedroom with Velux windows framing coastal and rural views. A family bathroom with a rainfall shower over the bath, heated towel rail, and WC serves both bedrooms on this floor. The ground floor has level access throughout.


A gated courtyard at the front of the property has a picnic bench and is shared with guests in the other cottages. To the rear is a lawned garden for supervised children's play, also shared with guests in the other cottages. A surf shower, coin-operated laundry room, and table tennis room are also on-site, shared with other guests. The property is set back from the road in a quiet position. Private parking is available for one car.
