A utility room, a family shower room and the games room, with table tennis, a games console and another Smart TV, are also downstairs. Your bedrooms, a super-king-size, with an en-suite shower room, a king-size, with zip-and-link beds that can be set up as a twin if discussed in advance, and two twins that can be made up as king-sizes, are all on the first floor.
