This beautiful ground-floor apartment sits directly on Porth Beach, a wide, west-facing stretch of sand on the North Cornwall coast between Newquay and Watergate Bay. Made for families, adventurers, and explorers of all ages, it offers a seaside holiday with sand, surf, and sea views right on the doorstep. Porth Beach is sheltered by headlands on either side, its shoreline lined with streams, rock pools, and caves. A narrow wooden footbridge crosses to Porth Island, where a dramatic blowhole sends rainbow sprays of water skyward at mid-tide. The coast path leads toward the rolling cliffs of Mawgan Porth (4 miles) in one direction and Watergate Bay (1.5 miles) in the other. At low tide, the full beach walk between the two bays is a highlight. Newquay's bays (1.5 miles) sit just up the coast, offering surfing, swimming, and further coastal exploration.


The open-plan living area faces the sea, with doors opening directly onto the beachside terrace. A sofa bed (which converts to sleep two additional guests) and a Smart TV sit in the living space, which flows into the dining area with a table seating six. Fitted with a breakfast bar and stools, the kitchen creates a sociable space at the heart of the apartment. Just off the kitchen, a utility cupboard houses a washer/dryer. In the master bedroom, a king-size bed faces the sea, and a door opens onto the private terrace. Its en-suite shower room has a large shower enclosure and WC. The second bedroom has a flexible super-king-size zip-and-link bed that can be arranged as two singles on request, along with a Smart TV – this room shares the same sea view and terrace access as the master bedroom. A family bathroom completes the interior, with a shower over the bath and a WC. Lift access connects the car park level to the apartment, and steps lead down from the ground floor directly onto the beach.


The private terrace is furnished with a bench, a table, and folding chairs. A lawn area, shared with other guests in the building, leads to steps down onto the beach – access to the beach varies with sand levels throughout the year. Private lockable surf storage is available in the car park for surfboards and beach equipment. Parking is provided for one car in a designated space.
