This inviting abode is laid out across the first floor of a seafront development, complete with a shared parking lot with one allocated space, plus communal surf storage for your boards and wetsuits. Make your way up and explore the single-storey layout, centred around the open-plan living and dining space, with patio doors leading out to the private balcony and the kitchen just next door. Comfy seating is arranged around a Smart TV in the lounge area, but you’ll also find a Smart TV in each of the two king-size bedrooms. A third bedroom features twin beds, and all three bedrooms are served by two family bathrooms.
Mawgan Porth is a slightly off-the-beaten-track location for family-friendly escapes, complete with a stunning beach just 300 metres away, a surf school on the sand and seasonal crazy golf nearby. Take a short walk up to the stunning Mawgan Porth Waterfall (0.5 miles), before continuing along the South West Coast Path to admire some of the captivating clifftop scenery that surrounds the village, including the marvellous Trevose Head Heritage Coast, which begins about a mile away.
