This south-facing apartment looks out across Watergate Bay from its furnished balcony, 150 metres from the shoreline on the North Cornwall coast. 2 miles of sand and incoming Atlantic swell make it a strong choice for families, couples, and watersports enthusiasts looking for an active coastal break. A surf school on the bay runs lessons in surfing, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, and kite surfing, with the exposed beach picking up consistent waves throughout the year. The coast path leads to Newquay's seven bays in one direction and Mawgan Porth in the other, with dramatic clifftop scenery along the way. Music festivals and surf competitions run throughout the season at the bay, keeping the atmosphere lively, and beachfront restaurants serve fried fish and burgers as scarlet sunsets colour the evening sky over the Atlantic.

A surf shower, shared with other residents in the development, is available for rinsing off after a visit to the beach. Designated parking is available for one car.
