Inside the main house an open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen are on the first floor. Glass doors reveal ocean views, allowing natural light to fill the room. Comfortable blue sofas surround a Smart TV and wood burner and neutral tones reflect the outdoor scenery. An eight-seater dining table and a bar sit across from a workstation with desk and a window seating area. At the other end of the room, there are two sofas next to the kitchen and double doors leading onto a balcony. Head downstairs to the four bedrooms and a second sitting room with a wood burner. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and glass doors leading onto a decked area with ocean views. There are three further bedrooms and a family bathroom with a free-standing bath. The cedar lodge has a separate living space with a wood burner, kitchenette and two bedrooms. Step outside to the swimming pool and hot tub overlooking the ocean. A bar, dining furniture and games area provide the perfect place for entertaining. There is private parking available for six cars.
Mawgan Porth Beach has a great surf culture just 300 metres from the property and coastal trails lead to the neighbouring beaches of Watergate Bay (1.5 miles), Newquay (5.5 miles) and Padstow (9.5 miles). Explore the local shops, stop off at one of the cafes or visit the famous Bedruthan Steps (1.5 miles) where you can enjoy coastal panoramas.
