Alternatively, head out into the garden to fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco by the pool. At the end of the day, head up to the first floor and you’ll find a super-king-size bedroom, a king-size bedroom, and a bedroom with a double bed that’s suitable for one guest – all served by a smart family bathroom with a shower over the bath. On the second floor, you’ll find a master super-king-size bedroom with spectacular sea views and an en-suite shower room. In the morning, sip your coffee in the sun room and then head to the ground-floor wet room – a handy changing space between the pool and the garden. Step out into the tiered gardens and kick off your day with a dip in the heated swimming pool (available May to October).
Walk down through your private gate to Sennen Cove (200 metres) and you’ll find white sand, clear Atlantic water and consistent surf. Follow the coastal path to Land's End (2 miles) to see the dramatic headland above the Longships Lighthouse and the geological formations at the Armed Knight. Or hike along the coastal path to Cape Cornwall (3.5 miles), the only cape in England, and you’ll be rewarded with magnificent views over Brison’s Rocks.
