This luxury coastal house sits on a clifftop development above the sea stacks at Bedruthan Steps in North Cornwall, in an area designated as a Dark Sky Discovery Site. It is an ideal base for families and groups of friends drawn to dramatic coastal scenery. The scenic footpaths above Bedruthan offer fantastic walks along the coast, with the legendary sea stacks visible from the paths above. The South West Coast Path leads to Mawgan Porth Beach (1.5 miles) and on to Watergate Bay (3 miles), while to the east, Padstow (7 miles) and the beaches at Porthcothan, Harlyn Bay, and Trevone (all within 6 miles) follow the North Cornwall coastline. Sunsets over the Atlantic are a highlight of this stretch of coast, and after dark, the absence of light pollution reveals remarkable views of the night sky.

Built in 2021, this impressive house has a reverse-level layout to maximise the ocean views, with the main living spaces on the first floor and the three bedrooms on the ground floor. On the first floor, the open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area has large windows and sliding doors opening onto the front balcony with sea views. Two sofas and two armchairs sit alongside a Smart TV, while a large wooden dining table seats six. The sleek kitchen is arranged around a central island with breakfast bar seating for three. A staircase leads down to the ground floor, where the master bedroom has a super-king-size bed, a Smart TV, and an en-suite shower room with a walk-in rainfall shower and WC. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, and the third bedroom has a king-size bed with sea views. Both rooms are served by the family bathroom, with a shower over the bath, plus a WC. A utility room completes the ground floor, providing laundry facilities for guests.

Three scenic balconies offer different perspectives. The front balcony, accessed from the living area via sliding doors, looks out across the clifftops, with two chairs and a coffee table. From the kitchen, the side balcony has outdoor seating, a coffee table, and a private hot tub. At the rear, a third balcony overlooks the countryside, with two chairs and a coffee table. A warm outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing wetsuits and sandy feet. The surrounding grounds have been carefully landscaped to complement the local environment. Private parking is available for two cars.
