This light-filled coastal house sits on a private road above Mawgan Porth, enjoying countryside and partial sea views from its elevated position. Well suited to families and larger groups on a seaside holiday, the property is set just 300 metres from Mawgan Porth Beach – a broad sweep of white sand where a river trickles toward the sea and the surf rolls in year-round. A surf school on the beachfront offers lessons, and a seasonal pitch-and-putt course sits beside a historic Iron Age site. The South West Coast Path runs along the clifftop here, with routes reaching Watergate Bay (2.5 miles) and the rock stacks of Bedruthan Steps (3 miles), both offering far-reaching views along the coast.
