This two-storey apartment overlooks the golden curve of Mawgan Porth Beach from a small, quiet development on the North Cornwall coastline. A surf school operates on the nearby beach, and the South West Coast Path traces the headlands in both directions – north towards Bedruthan Steps (1.5 miles) for spectacular coastal panoramas, or south towards Watergate Bay (2.5 miles). A historic Iron Age site and a pitch-and-putt course sit beside the beach, and the beachfront itself is lined with cafes, restaurants, and shops. The river that trickles across the sand, combined with the sweep of foamy blue water beyond, gives Mawgan Porth a relaxed, unspoilt character that sets it apart from busier stretches of the Cornish coast.
