A fantastic entrance hall contains stairs which lead up to the first floor and the living area. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame panoramic sea views while you cook up delicious meals in the stylish and contemporary kitchen and eat together at the dining table. Afterwards, cosy up on the sofas, fire up the wood burner and enjoy a relaxed evening in watching films on the TV. As the day draws to a close, head downstairs and find the three bedrooms which provide flexible sleeping arrangements. A bunk bedroom has a double with a single bed over, and an en-suite shower room. Two further bedrooms are down a few more steps, two king-size bedrooms, one with a lovely en-suite bathroom. A family bathroom finishes up the interior. Outside through the bedrooms, is a private terraced garden which has seating, and a fire pit where you can relax and listen to the sea beyond. From the first floor is a full-width balcony with more seating and sea views. Private parking is available for two cars.
Right on the doorstep is Widemouth Bay, a superb beach backed by cliffs and great for surfing and other water sports. From here, you can head off along the South West Coast Path which passes some of Cornwall’s best views and provides you with a safe, long-distance walking route. The bustling coastal town of Bude is just 3 miles away.
